Romanticism has a different connotation for each individual as does a romantic restaurant. Each one has a different preference for things that constitute romantic and if they are able to get those ingredients at a particular place then, they might call it a romantic restaurant.

Ambience: The ambiance of the restaurant really matters. IF the place can give a feeling of intimacy then it is worth considering as anything romantic. The low lighting in the area really helps in creating the right atmosphere. Over crowded and noisy restaurants do not make for a pleasant romantic evening out.
Setting: The kind of sitting arrangement in the restaurant also plays an important role in creating the right mood. The tables should be placed in such a manner which would give the diners enough space to talk in quiet tones without being scared of being overheard or overhearing other people’s woes and worries.
Theme: The right kind of theme can really make the day for the two romantic partners. A Valentine’s dinner can become all the more enjoyable if the theme of the restaurant sitting also goes along with it. Lot of flowers, ribbons, candle lit lighting and mushy music may make the perfect accompaniment for the occasion.
Staff: An unobtrusive staff is always a welcome thing while you are planning a romantic dinner with your partner. The service people who know when not to interrupt two people deep in conversation are a perfect setting.
Music: Soft instrumental classical music playing in the background is the perfect aphrodisiac to raise the romantic mood. The music should not interfere with the conversation of the two partners. |
